Junior Chef

Cooking hasn't always been my passion. Probably because i hate to clean after the mess but today i did it anyway. I can't say it's out of the norm because i do cook from time to time. So for today's lunch, i refrained my siblings from buying any outside food yet i sent them to the mini market to get some ingredients for me. Since, i've tried cooking a lot of dishes before so today i tried to cook tomyam and ikan masak lemak cili api but what happen was the tom yam is spicier than the ikan masak lemak cili api itself. Lolss

Feedbacks i received on my cooking is quite encouraging muahahahaha. They said my ikan masak lemak cili api is purrrfeccctttttt! The onions fried egg was good & fluffy! The tomyam is quite bland but totally edible. In my defend, the tomyam is good but it just doesn't taste as strong and authentic as the tomyam in Thailand. It's okay, i can improve. Anyway, my hands are quite sore and itchy. I can feel my fingers burning due to handling too many hot chili pepper. Practice makes perfect. I just follow the online recipes. *wink *wink
